There are many ways:
- You can create a brand new order
- You can create orders from saved templates
- You can create orders from past orders
- You can create a brand new order

to create a brand new order. The order form will be mostly blank. For your convenience, Sweepey pre-fills some fields from your membership account information.
Please add, change or remove any information to fit your order.
- You can create orders from saved templates

- After you have created an order, you can save it as a template.
Subsequent order creations can be conveniently created from your Saved Templates.
You can save an order being created as a saved template, and resume it at a later time. For example you can start an order from home on your desktop, save the
unfinished order as a saved template, and finish it later on the road using your laptop or smart phone.
NOTE: not all information can be resumed. The following information has to be re-entered:
- Uploaded picture
- Good Cause association
- Run duration

- Past orders are expired and withdrawn orders.
If you did not save them as templates during the order creation process, you can go back to the
Current List or the Order History list
and have Sweepey pre-fill a new order form with the existing data.

- Run duration
If you really like an order, Sweepey recommends that you save it as a template.
Saved templates are only removed by you. Expired and withdrawn orders, on the other hand, are kept only for a certain amount of time.
Sweepey will eventually sweeps them off your portfolio.
