NALC and the Postal Service have released a jointly developed document with the national parties' mutual understanding on specific sections of Article 8 of the 2023-2026 USPS/NALC National Agreement.
USPS has informed NALC that the eliminations of Table 2 Steps AA and A were completed and put into effect on July 12. USPS has also confirmed that back-pay calculations are still ongoing, and payments are expected to be seen in the Aug. 29 paycheck.
USPS has informed NALC that due to a testing issue, implementation of advanced annual leave provisions for CCAs and PTFs, which was scheduled for July 12, 2025 (Pay-Period 16-2025), has been delayed to Aug. 19, 2025 (Pay Period 19-2025).
